Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available.

• Before Purchase: Please ensure the PDF (or PDFs) you are particularly looking for are listed on the website, as I am still processing and updating some - especially older ones. If one you would like is not available, send me a message at the email below and I will prepare it. 
• PDF's Access Issues: If you experience any technical issues accessing your PDF's, despite signing in and out of your account, please contact me and I will look into the problem -reach out at rhys@rhesusmedicine.com.
